 Course Description

That course does not certify the instructor candidate to teach any NRA courses. Additional discipline-specific instructor training is required to certify instructor candidates to teach specific courses.

KR Training can certify NRA instructors in the following disciplines: Home Firearm Safety, Pistol, Personal Protection In the Home, Rifle, Shotgun, Muzzleloading Pistol, Muzzleloading Rifle, Muzzleloading Shotgun, and Reloading. NRA instructors can also be certified as Range Safety Officers through additional training.

The first day of NRA instructor training consists of the 6 hour basic instructor training. Tuition includes all NRA materials required for each course.
